1.    Documents/Information Required
a.    Rent and Deposit amount (in case of deposit we need payment details)
b.    Period of agreement 
c.    Property Details- Electricity Bill or Index II, Area in sqft, Survey number.
d.    Owner Details- Aadhar and PAN, Mobile Number
e.    Tenant Details: Aadhar and PAN, Mobile Number
f.    Identifier Information: Aadhar Card (Depend on number of Tenants will let you know the same before            agreement)
g.    List of Furniture available in the flat if applicable
h.    Name of the police of Tenant as per the Aadhar Card Address
i.    Details of two family members of Tenants e.g. Mother/Father and Brother/Sister with age and relations 
j.    Tenant's Aadhar PDF copy

2.    How will you receive the Agreement: 
Once we submit the Agreement afterwards it will reach IGR (Inspector General of registration) of Maharashtra for verification.  In order to complete full verification, it will take around a week time. You may receive your Agreement copy early also but subject to holiday's. As soon as we receive it, we will send you the agreement by email/whatsapp.

3.    Our professional Fees: 
Our full professional fees needs to be paid before making payment of stamp duty and registration charges.
